The proposed Draft Law seems to have made special attention to the Board of Trustees with regard to this complaint. Members of the board of directors under the Draft Law will be recruited by the Independent Standing Committee that the Prime Minister will set up. The designation of this Committee does not form the basis of the wish of the Prime Minister, nor does it have a Declaration on the Representation of Members of the

Committee. Accordingly, three persons will be elected from the Federal Supreme Court, the Ethiopian Religions Institutions, the Ethiopian Academy of Sciences, the Ethiopian Employees’ Trade Unions, the Ethiopian Chamber of Commerce and Sectoral Association, the Ethiopian Human Rights Commission, and three civilian and Elderly Councils. It shall stipulate that the members of the committees represented or elected by the members of the Committee shall be of the highest leadership capacity to carry the responsibilities of non-members of any political organization, who are not members of any political organization. This committee has ordered that the National Electoral Board be considered to be members of the National Electoral Board based on a competition. Among its criteria, Ethiopian citizens, who are not members of any political organization, have the highest ethical competence in legislative affairs, especially in law, political science, public administration, statistics, information technology, and other

relevant disciplines. It is assumed that there is a considerable degree of leadership, nationality and sexuality that can be taken into account. Accordingly, the draft recommends that the number of candidates be doubled by the required number of candidates by comparing the recruits to the Prime Minister, before the committee recommends that the committee endorse the last ones.
