Foreign Minister Dr. Gebeyehu arrived in Djibouti

The IGAD Council of Ministers meeting of the 66th Council of Ministers is scheduled to be held in Addis Ababa on November 7, 2011. Sudan’s peace agreements, Somalia’s current affairs, and IGAD structural change were the agenda. Djibouti, Ethiopia, Eritrea, Kenya, Somalia, Sudan, South Sudan and Uganda.
